Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your services unique?

We’re mobile mechanics, which means we make it super easy to fix your bike by coming to you, instead of the other way around.

Are you looking for more mechanics?

Please check out Recruitment Page (Coming soon) to find out more about what opportunites you can find with us.

What areas do we cover?

Currently we only cover the Greater London area. If you’re close to the M25 (even on the inside) you may still be a little far for us to come to so best to contact us and check before booking to avoid disappointment.

How do our mobile mechanics get around?

They travel via motorbike/scooter. This means less time sitting in traffic and more time spent doing what they do best, fixing!

Can I come to you?

No, we are a solely mobile service and we will come to you. There are some jobs that are beyond our capabilities as mobile mechanics. If this is the case we will recommend or use local solutions such as independent bike shops, workshops and wheel builders.

What if something isn’t right with my bike after it has been serviced?

Let us know! We are always happy to book you in for a “Call Back” appointment if something isn’t quite right. If the issue with the bike is due to a mistake or something missed by our mechanic/s, the Call Back appointment won’t cost you a thing!

Do I have to wait with the mechanic while they do the job?

Nope! Although you’re welcome to stay and watch, the mechanic just needs access to your bike to carry out the work. Once finished they will let you know so you can put it away again.

Do we offer an emergency call out service?

No, all our appointments are pre-booked in advance. Our online booking form will show you our soonest availability.

Do we charge for labour per hour?

No, we charge per job. Only if a job takes abnormally more time than usual, do we then charge per additional 30 mins required. View our price list for more details.

What if my bike needs parts?

The mechanics carry some general spares with them. If your bike requires a part/parts that the mechanic isn’t carrying, they will either try to source them locally or they will order them online and return for a seconc appointment once they have arrived in to stock.

How do you pay?

When the mechanic has completed the job and only then, they will produce an invoice which they’ll send to you via email. The email will have a link which you can click on to make your payment online via credit/debit card or Apple/Android pay. Alternatively you can pay via bank transfer using the bank details that are on the attached invoice.
